The Kingdom of Thailand is
divided into six parts; the North, West, South, East, Northeast, and Central
regions. Each region embodies a different culture. For our customers
this means six distinct and tantalizing approaches to Thai Cuisine.
At Lemon Grass Cafe we
have thoughtfully crafted our menu to combine the best of each region to provide
you with a dining experience unavailable at any other Thai restaurant.
Each dish is prepared to order using only the freshest ingredients hand selected
by our chefs. Whatever your preference, it is our mission and privilege to
prepare it as you like it and better than you have ever had it before.
Thai food is known for its
peppery fire. At Lemon Grass Cafe we have a system for rating the level of
spiciness to ensure your meal is the way you like it. Preparations range
from one to four stars. One star is just a hint of spicyness for the
perfect flavor. Four stars is the way it is prepared in Thailand - searing
hot and not for the faint of heart.
